Customer Research Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer & Market Research Analyst to lead and enhance research efforts focused on customer and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage customer satisfaction measurement methodologies, including NPS and CSAT
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer and market research program to analyze customer feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into business strategies and product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in customer experience or Voice of Customer programs, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
Proven experience with customer feedback platforms and analytics tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
