Key Responsibilities
Manage paid search, grant, and PMAX campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms, including strategy development, campaign management, and reporting
Serve as a leader and mentor to junior staff while ensuring accurate campaign spend tracking and adherence to processes
Lead reporting for owned channels/platforms, focusing on actionable insights and quality assurance for campaigns
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing paid search and PMAX campaigns in an agency setting
Current Google Ads certifications
Strong leadership skills with an interest in serving nonprofit organizations
Experience managing quarterly client media budgets of $100,000+
Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets
