Key Responsibilities Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring cash collection and resolution Negotiate payment arrangements with patients and document commitments for follow-up Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary Required Qualifications High school diploma required Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management preferred Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications Strong organizational and time management skills
