Customer Service Collections Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service and Collections Representative. Key Responsibilities Manage patient accounts, ensuring cash collection and resolution of self-pay balances Communicate with patients to negotiate payment arrangements and validate account balances Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management preferred Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
