Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, managing concerns and facilitating communication between families and the counseling team
Utilize resolution resources to address customer issues, escalating when necessary and coordinating counselor reassignments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administer feedback surveys to inform service improvements
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM systems and project management tools
