Customer Service Coordinator
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide information and resolve complaints related to products and services. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming service requests and handle facility-related issues Generate and dispatch service request work orders and schedule conference rooms Update service information in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and assist with training new hires Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in a call center No specific certificates or licenses required Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products Ability to type 45-50 words per minute
