Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learnings for new AH IT systems Collaborate with SMEs to create clear and engaging training content from complex system processes Manage multiple training deliverables while ensuring timely and high-quality output Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing e-learnings, videos, and ILTs for Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft applications Experience in project management to handle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines Portfolio showcasing training materials is required with the application
