Customer Service Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a CS Operations Specialist to enhance customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Defining customer service workflows
Analyzing process requirements and recommending optimization solutions
Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of customer service operations (SLAs, KPIs, Reporting Structure, Budgets)
At least 5 years of customer service experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
Experience in customer service operations and project coordination/management is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry is a plus
Proven ability to manage independently and drive results
