Customer Service RMA Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Service - RMA Order Management.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders, ensuring order accuracy
Address product delivery concerns and collaborate with internal teams for resolution
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with third-party logistics vendors
Required Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Knowledge of order creation and RMA processing
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel
