Customer Success Insights Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Reporting and Insights Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking customer success metrics
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through various formats
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Experience in cross-functional collaboration to build reporting solutions
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
