Customer Success Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success Operations to enhance internal operations and drive process improvements within the Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
Expand reporting and analysis capabilities to gain insights on customer health and performance metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize processes across the customer lifecycle and identify automation opportunities
Manage systems related to Customer Success, ensuring data integrity and optimizing tool usage
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Gainsight NXT and relevant operational roles in the SaaS industry
Gainsight CS Admin Certification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
Basic SQL skills for data analysis and understanding of data structures
Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
Bachelor's degree in business and data analytics or equivalent experience preferred
