Customer Support Administrator
A company is looking for an Administrator, Global Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders, including sales orders, quotes, and returns
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance customer service
Maintain and improve support databases and manage material and inventory transactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an Analytical field
Minimum of one year of customer-facing support or sales experience
Experience in service/customer support in a high technology instrumentation company is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable
Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
