Customer Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve software issues for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions
Diagnose and resolve software issues while collaborating with internal teams
Document support cases and solutions in the knowledge base
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
Experience in a direct customer support role
Experience installing and troubleshooting software solutions
Self-driven with the ability to operate with minimal oversight
Experience scripting in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
