Customer Support Graduate Program
A company is looking for a Graduate Programme (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Conducting product walkthroughs and providing resolutions to customers' queries
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
Previous experience at a start-up or in a customer support role
Strong analytical background, particularly with math and numbers
Experience with databases, including SQL queries
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with support/service software like Zohodesk
