Key Responsibilities Own the D365 Product Strategy and maintain the product roadmap aligned with operational and financial objectives Lead the QuickBooks-to-D365 migration process, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and training Drive continuous improvement by identifying new features and enhancements to optimize the D365 environment Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/Technical Product role with a solid understanding of business operational and financial processes 4+ years of D365 implementation experience with a focus on Supply Chain/Operations and Finance teams Experience leading at least one successful ERP migration project, preferably from QuickBooks to D365 Deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models Comfortable working in an Agile environment
