Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS organization
Experience in employee relations, managing sensitive issues effectively
Ability to support remote teams across multiple states
Willingness to balance strategic work with administrative tasks
