People Business Partner
A company is looking for a People Business Partner (Senior/Staff) to lead programs that enhance employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate talent management processes and support performance feedback cycles
Develop and implement growth and development programs for employees
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a People role focused on L&D, HRBP, or people programs
Experience in building scalable manager training and engagement programs
Familiarity with remote-first and async-first work environments
Ability to influence and drive programs without relying on hierarchy
Experience in high-growth startup environments, particularly in B2C/SAAS sectors
