Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies for adopting data analytics tools and solutions Assess and address organizational readiness for analytics-driven transformation initiatives Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees in the use of data tools and analytics techniques Required Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in Change Management, preferably in an enterprise company Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci Certified is preferred) Experience in a large complex organization or enterprise company Experience with Workday Analytics and Adobe Articulate 360 is preferred
