A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist, Infrastructure Optimization. Key Responsibilities Partner with key business stakeholders to develop machine learning systems and scalable data science solutions Deliver forecasting and optimization expertise to enhance infrastructure spending and operational efficiency Transform data insights into actionable business recommendations and lead strategic projects Required Qualifications MS/Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative discipline 8+ years of experience as a data scientist, with at least 5 years in time series forecasting, anomaly detection, or optimization Proficiency in data science Python packages such as xgboost, scipy, and scikit-learn Experience in building and deploying resource-constrained optimization models in production Strong understanding of cost drivers and optimization opportunities in cloud environments
