Office Administrative Assistant
A company is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, coordinate travel, and support company events and HR operations
Serve as the welcoming face of the office, coordinating meetings and maintaining office organization
Assist in planning and executing employee events and support company-wide initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in office administration, executive support, or HR coordination roles
Prior internship or hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment is a strong plus
Experience in coordinating meetings and supporting HR or recruitment processes is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
