Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Sales team on client account handling including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, billing, and customer service Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain long-term customer relationships Address customer concerns promptly and involve other personnel as necessary Required Qualifications High School diploma / GED with a minimum of 2+ years of industry-related experience Property and Casualty license required, with a preference for personal lines experience Applied Epic experience preferred General knowledge of insurance laws Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
