A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Consultant, Primary Care. Key Responsibilities Provide psychological care, including assessments and individual psychotherapy, tailored to the Primary Care population Function as a consultant and liaison for the Primary Care department, addressing acute patient needs Coordinate care transitions to community settings and develop group support activities as needed Qualifications Master's degree qualifying for licensure or certification in the state is required Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required Delaware state licensure is preferred Minimum one year of experience providing direct therapeutic care is preferred
