Deputy Chief Product Officer

Key Responsibilities: Support strategy and planning efforts aligned with organizational objectives and community governance Shape cross-functional teams and evaluate product performance to optimize resource allocation Build relationships within the global community to enhance volunteer engagement and readership Required Qualifications: 7+ years of strategic and executive-level technical and operational leadership experience Deep expertise in building high-traffic consumer platform products for desktop and mobile Proven experience leading both product and engineering functions, along with program management and design Ability to manage a large department with a significant operating budget and globally dispersed staff Experience in multi-faceted stakeholder environments, particularly community/affiliate models
