Desktop Support Technician
A company is looking for a Technician 1 - Desktop Support to provide desktop and operational support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop support to assigned site and remote users, including installation and maintenance of hardware and software
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, documenting problem resolutions in a ticketing system
Assist in PC builds and imaging tasks using deployment software
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
0-2 years of specialized experience in desktop support
CompTIA A+ certification for hardware preferred
Experience with computer imaging, SCCM, and Active Directory
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 or above and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
