Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to store staff via phone, MS Teams, or in-person
Manage and configure store handheld devices and maintain support ticket records
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in hardware, software, and networking with various device types
Experience in maintaining detailed documentation and user guides
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests
Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
