Key Responsibilities Complete monthly reporting and assist in audit processes Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow Oversee the accuracy and productivity of property management accounting and financial activities Required Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate Experience with computer applications, including Excel, Word, Yardi, and MRI Third-party management experience Ability to meet deadlines consistently Participation in training for new accountants
