Digital Client Success Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Client Success to lead a team focused on client success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and build a digital client success team focused on customer success through digital initiatives
Own the strategy for Gross and Net Retention to ensure client satisfaction and product usage
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams to enhance customer relationships
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong experience with low-touch or digital client success strategies and customer health tools
Proven track record in driving retention, renewals, and customer growth
Strong analytical skills and experience using customer success platforms to manage KPIs
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
