A company is looking for a Director of Change Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the account change management strategy and align initiatives with transformation goals
Translate business strategy into actionable change initiatives and analyze change impact
Oversee internal communications strategy and develop narratives that clarify change and promote transparency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Change, Communications, or related field
10+ years of experience in change management or strategic communications within large-scale organizations
Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations and service lines
Training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) preferred
Proven success influencing stakeholders and leading decentralized teams in matrixed environments
