Key Responsibilities Manage payer relationships to ensure contract renewal and develop payer references Create and execute strategic account plans Conduct executive-level business reviews with an analytical focus Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required; Master's degree in Public Health Policy and Management preferred 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in account management within the healthcare industry Working knowledge of claim processing, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations Familiarity with member/patient-facing technologies with a clinical focus strongly desired Proficiency in MS Office Suite
