A company is looking for a Director of Client Success to lead a team focused on client retention and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor Account Directors to foster a culture of accountability and excellence Coach team members in achieving renewal and upsell targets within enterprise accounts Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and act as an escalation point for complex issues Required Qualifications Proven experience in pipeline planning and achieving revenue targets for renewals and upsells Expertise in developing growth strategies and coaching teams on execution Strong ability to lead complex enterprise negotiations Experience in attracting and developing account management professionals in an enterprise SaaS environment Experience working with enterprise clients across North America and Latin America
