A company is looking for a Director, Contracts & Corporate Governance. Key Responsibilities Manage contracts, agreements, and corporate documents in collaboration with the General Counsel Review and mitigate risks in contracts while ensuring necessary internal approvals are obtained Oversee corporate governance best practices and maintain document registries and databases Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in applied science, business administration, pre-law, or a related field preferred Seven to ten years of experience in legal, contract administration, or corporate governance Relevant experience in energy transactional documents is a plus Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems, preferably IntelAgree Ability to manage a remote team may be required
