Director of Customer Intelligence

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of customer intelligence strategies, including segmentation and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs
Manage a team of analysts, ensuring effective collaboration across departments to enhance customer experience
Utilize predictive analytics to identify customer trends and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in customer intelligence or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Expertise in customer segmentation and data analysis methodologies
Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, R, Python)
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and customer journey mapping preferred
