Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management or services in the real estate/title industry or enterprise software
7+ years of management experience, preferably in the same sectors
Demonstrated ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders
Experience in resolving complex customer situations and managing escalations
Proven track record of defining objectives and aligning them with business goals
