Key Responsibilities Align DevOps strategy with engineering and business priorities to support the organization's technical roadmap Manage planning, project work, and performance of the DevOps team using the Kanban framework Ensure adherence to cloud security, compliance, and governance standards while advocating for improved DevOps practices Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and cloud engineering 7+ years of experience in people leadership, with 4+ years managing managers Deep expertise with Amazon Web Services cloud platform and containers/orchestration (i.e., Kubernetes, Docker) Expertise with CI/CD systems and automation/scripting (Python and GoLang) 4+ years in compliance, including gap analysis and auditing
