A company is looking for a Director, Digital Trust and Assurance. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and guidance across technology functions, including software engineering and information security Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure cohesive implementation of technical infrastructure and architecture Monitor performance of direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs to meet departmental goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 years of management experience in a related functional area In-depth knowledge of technology relevant to the functional area, preferably in a healthcare environment Demonstrated skills in strategic planning and implementing technology to achieve business objectives Experience in managing performance and developing teams effectively
