A company is looking for a Director of GTM Enablement to drive sales training and enablement initiatives for Sales and Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities Lead enablement, change-management, and onboarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams Develop training and certification programs for new initiatives, including product launches and tool introductions Collaborate with various teams to design and rollout training programs related to messaging and workflows Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or management consulting, or 5+ years in a related function 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role Knowledge of B2B Sales is required Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred
