Key Responsibilities
Define and drive strategies for exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints

Manage relationships with offshore BPO partners to ensure service quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
6+ years of experience in Customer Experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
Deep understanding of customer needs and experience principles, with a data-driven approach
Marketplace experience preferred, with knowledge of industry best practices
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Salesforce Suite, and Looker
