A company is looking for a Director, Medical Information. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain scientific medical information content and manage escalated inquiries Oversee the call center operations and respond to medical information inquiries from Health Care Providers Analyze trends in scientific insights and collaborate with cross-functional partners to update medical information content Required Qualifications Advanced degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. preferred), MD, NP/PA, or equivalent clinical experience 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably in drug information delivery Experience in Medical/Drug information communication and management with a focus on customer service Familiarity with regulations and industry standards related to Medical Information and pharmaceutical interactions Leadership experience in managing projects and teams
