Contact Center Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, FT (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a centralized contact center, managing customer interactions, scheduling, and registration
Ensure departmental performance standards through coaching, development, and adherence to business processes
Facilitate onboarding and training of staff while collaborating with leadership to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center management, preferably in healthcare
Knowledge of telephony contact center systems and healthcare scheduling workflows within Epic EMR preferred
Medical terminology and computer skills preferred
College degree preferred
