Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Analysts while tracking progress and providing feedback Oversee the creation of comprehensive test cases and ensure alignment on quality standards with other departments Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to project stakeholders and assist new team members in integration Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Team Lead role 3+ years of experience with Automation test tools, specifically Selenium 3+ years of experience using BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber, Specflow, or Reqnroll Experience programming with C# .NET or Java
