Director of Recruiting Operations
A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the optimization of recruitment processes and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and mentor the recruiting operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence
Design and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations for recruitment performance
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment operations in a high-growth technology environment
Extensive knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology, particularly Greenhouse and Workday
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in recruitment
