A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management, 100% Remote. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement policies and procedures for the revenue cycle process, including billing and collections Monitor department KPIs and analyze accounts receivable to drive continuous improvement Provide direction and guidance to foster a high-performing team environment and oversee internal and external resources Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a start-up environment 5+ years of people management experience Expert-level knowledge of revenue cycle management workflows and non-FFS reimbursement streams Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, management, or finance Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and AR analysis
