Corporate Counsel
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts Provide legal support on transactional, corporate governance, and compliance activities Advise on commercial initiatives and review key RFPs for legal compliance Required Qualifications JD degree from an ABA accredited institution and active Bar membership 5+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in commercial contracting Familiarity with legal concepts such as intellectual property and indemnification Experience with technology or SaaS licensing is a plus Candidate must be based on the West Coast (Canada or U.S.)
