Director of Training and Education
A company is looking for a Director, Training and Education.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage education and training plans and programs to achieve business objectives
Oversee the internal and external education programs and curriculum for various products and services
Lead staff development to meet future marketing, customer, and business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 years of management experience in relevant areas
At least 2 years of experience in training, curriculum development, and/or sales development preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience with LMS platform technical and program management preferred
Proven track record in managing high-impact large-scale projects
