Dispute Resolution Manager
A company is looking for a Dispute Resolution Manager responsible for overseeing arbitration solutions and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff performance, including training and mentoring, to ensure quality and timely results
Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with industry trends and legislative requirements
Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Relevant licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
Knowledge of provider billing and collection practices
Understanding of effective negotiation principles
Proficiency in software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including advanced MS Office skills
