A company is looking for a Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Lead to drive initiatives that promote belonging and equity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and champion DEI programs and initiatives
Collaborate with leadership and HR to integrate DEI principles into policies and culture
Provide expert guidance on inclusive hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, DEI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in DEI program development or a related field
Proven track record of successful DEI initiatives
Deep knowledge of DEI best practices and trends
Experience collaborating with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
