Dear Future Designer,We are looking to add a kickass mid-level designer to our team. We only work with ecommerce companies and only do email marketing, so if that's your experience (email design for Ecommerce) ? awesome! If not, but you're a great designer and a fast learner (AND you'll enjoy designing emails on a daily basis), that works too!More than anything, we're looking for a designer who understands conversion, has an innate sense of taste, and is always finding clever ways to communicate ideas and information in a visual way.We don't work with businesses wanting to make a quick buck. We work with businesses that solve people's problems and care deeply about their customers. We get giddy about their customers.The teamWe're a small, tight-knit, fully remote, fully awesome team. You'll fit in well if you know how to take feedback but can also push back with solid reasoning when you see fit. You'll also fit in well if you love memes, pets, and efficient processes.The engagement would start part-time on an hourly basis (10-15 hrs/week), but ideally, we'd scale you to 25-30 hrs/week within a few months (if it's a good fit).
