Employee Experience Associate
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Associate to support training and human resources efforts within the Employee Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design of internal curricula and eLearning modules
Coordinate and provide logistical support for instructor-led trainings and onboarding sessions
Maintain and update training content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the employee recognition platform
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Visual Arts, Psychology, or a related field preferred
1-2 years of professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with eLearning or digital learning preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook calendar management
Demonstrated commitment to quality and collaborative culture
