A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Monitoring to oversee and manage clinical trial operations and staff. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor Managers of Clinical Monitoring and oversee staffing needs for the Clinical Monitoring Team Ensure quality, efficiency, and timeliness of project deliverables by collaborating with CTO Functional Leads and Project Managers Participate in process improvement initiatives and report on staffing development progress and performance metrics Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of clinical monitoring or clinical team lead experience At least 4 years of experience managing CRAs and 2 years at Associate Director level or above preferred Strong understanding of the drug development process and CRA team structures Experience in developing and mentoring staff Proven ability to balance competing priorities and lead teams to resolution
