Employee Experience Coordinator
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator, Employee Experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related questions through phone and case management Document calls and resolve issues using Workday case management within service level agreements Coordinate with departments on projects and assist in developing training materials for new hires Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree completion is desirable Work shift is 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with some flexibility appreciated Spanish proficiency is a plus Solid understanding of Microsoft Office; experience with Workday and UKG Dimensions preferred Knowledge of HR policies/procedures preferred; willingness to learn required
