A company is looking for an Advisor, EAS. Key Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to management on performance improvement and corrective action matters Review and approve corrective action and performance management documents Conduct investigations of employee conflict of interest disclosures and document findings Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience 2-5 years of relevant work experience Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws Experience with case management systems Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
