Employee Relations Advisor
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
Investigate employee complaints and disputes, documenting actions and recommending resolutions
Conduct internal audits of employee relations issues to identify trends and recommend actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in business administration or human resources
Nine or more years of experience in human resources or employee relations
Experience with human resources laws, regulations, and practices
Strong comprehension skills for developing and applying solutions to employee relations issues
Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
