Clinical Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Clinical Contracts Analyst to manage and execute clinical agreements remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage execution of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Master Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), and other related contractual documents Develop study-specific budgets and negotiate site budgets and contracts Accurately forecast contract execution timelines and communicate issues to the Study Lead as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the sciences Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with clinical research processes and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of compliance, ethics, and accountability Experience in managing and negotiating clinical contracts
