Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule onboarding processes, ensuring consistent communication with new hires Manage onboarding documentation and provide training support to new employees Lead virtual orientation sessions and maintain regular contact with new hires throughout their onboarding experience Required Qualifications and Education Interest in a career in Employee Support or Human Resources Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Experience in onboarding or training is preferred Tech-savvy and able to master complex computer systems Prior experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
