Key Responsibilities Provide legal and strategic advice on global employment and ethics issues Support Employee Experience partners on complex employment and ethics challenges Drive cross-functional projects to enhance global employment and ethics policies and ensure compliance Required Qualifications 4-6+ years of relevant experience focused on employment and ethics matters Strong ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and executives Experience leading or advising on investigations Qualified lawyer with Bar admission in the United States In-house experience, preferably in the technology sector, is preferred
