Key Responsibilities
Own the overall health, engineering quality, and technical strategy of the Benefits domain
Lead a team of software engineers, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative team culture
Define and optimize team processes to enhance engineering effectiveness and product delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a Software Engineering Management role
Strong technical expertise in software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices
Experience leading teams in an agile development environment
Proven track record of mentoring and growing engineers across different levels
